About Our Church

We are a vibrant church home that embraces the energy of the young, the wisdom and experience of the mature, and above all, a deep love for Christ and others.

We are passionate about being a truly cross-generational Christian community. All generations are welcome on our campus; young and old and all those in between work together here to know Jesus better and to make Him known to others. With all generations represented – including more than 300 young people under the age of 19 during the school year – our congregation truly is unlike any other in the Shenandoah Valley.

Our mission is to be fully devoted followers of Christ who help others stand with honor for Him in the Final Conflict.

About Seventh-day Adventists

The Seventh-day Adventist Church is a thoroughly unique Protestant church with approximately 22 million members worldwide, including more than one million members in North America. Our driving passion is to know Jesus, to help others know Him, and to prepare the world for the soon return of Jesus to this earth.

The Adventist Church operates over 200 hospitals and more than 9,000 schools around the world. Our Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) works within communities in more than 130 countries to provide community development and disaster relief.

Adventists share many of the beliefs of other Protestant churches. But we also have some unique beliefs, based solidly on the Bible, that we have found to be liberating, empowering, and positively life-changing!

For a complete list and description of all Seventh-day Adventist beliefs, please visit our international website.
